The same WhatsApp account can be logged in on four phones
From now on, the same WhatsApp account can be logged into four phones. Users are getting this facility from Tuesday (April 25). Mark Zuckerberg, chief executive officer of WhatsApp’s parent company Meta, said this on his verified Facebook page.
Earlier a WhatsApp account could be logged in only on mobile and desktop at the same time. This limitation has been removed from WhatsApp. As a result, the same account can be logged into four phones from now on. So even if one device is turned off, the app can be accessed on another device.
WhatsApp said that this service will be open to all users in the coming weeks.
In a blog post, WhatsApp said, WhatsApp can be logged into multiple phones by scanning the QR code. Not only that, even if the primary phone does not have internet connection, the WhatsApp account link can be used on other phones.
