Bangladesh reports 218 more deaths, 9,369 new case

Bangladesh has recorded 9,369 more COVID-19 cases while the deadly virus claimed 218 lives in the last 24 hours.

“The country reported 30.24 percent COVID-19 positive cases as 30,976 samples were tested in the past 24 hours”, Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) said in its routine daily statement.

The official tally showed the virus killed 20,685 people and infected 1,249,484 so far in Bangladesh, it added.
